Brazil presidential hopeful Bolsonaro 'fine' after knife attack

Right-wing presidential front-runner Jair Bolsonaro was stabbed in the stomach in a knife attack while campaigning in southeastern Brazil, his son Flavio said on Thursday.

"Thank God it was barely superficial and he's fine," Flavio Bolsonaro wrote on Twitter about the attack in Minas Gerais state.

Television images showed Bolsonaro being whisked away from a campaign meeting by supporters.
